“I’ve kept almost 50 houseplants alive. You just have to be in love with every one of your plants, and I love any tropical plants. I’m half Filipino, so I think it’s in me; I have a lot of plants from the Philippines.

Our first plant ever was a ZZ plant—they’re pretty easy to take care of—we’ve had it for 8 years, and it’s still going strong!”
